*附近为白人house区，环境优美, 上等地段, 安全, 交通方便;
*房东提供家电维修、除草、房屋维护等服务;
*房东提供冰箱, 洗衣机、烘干机, 微波炉 and so on for共享;
*免费off-street or on-street停车;

You can rent and move in one very large bedroom at 2nd floor on 09/01/2017, rent is $435/month. 价格可面议 based on how long the lease will be.
* Rent is NOT 包水电瓦斯网费, 每月Utility (水电瓦斯费 上网费) 和室友均分. 每月水电瓦斯网费you need to pay is about $35/month to $45/month
1st floor: 3 bedrooms share a bathroom at 1st floor, 3 UTD students will live at 1st floor; 厨房, living room, 洗衣&烘干机房 and so on is at 1st floor.
